To provide exceptional pre-anaesthesia, anaesthesia, and post-operative anaesthesia care in a hospital setting.

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to surgical patients with precision and compassion.
• Ensure timely attention and intervention for any query or requirement from the patient.
• Demonstrate pre, intra, and post-operative care of all cases done in the unit with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Be available for emergency calls and respond promptly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise nursing, para-medical, and non-medical staff to maintain high standards of care and safety.
• Actively participate in continuing medical education (CME) and journal clubs, conferences to stay updated on latest developments.
• Coordinate the selection of medical consumables and equipment to be procured and ensure they meet the required standards.
• Have complete orientation of the hospital's information management system (IMS).
• Comply with service quality processes, environmental issues policies, and occupational issues policies in the operating theatre.
• Have complete awareness about the hospital's disaster management programme (DMP).
• Facilitate academics teaching and training programs of O T, Nurses, Technicians, I C U Staff.

• Minimum Qualifications: MBBS, MD, DNB, DA, DM, DNB, FNB (as required).
• Experience: Min 3 yrs of exp post MD, DNB, DA, 0-2 years post DM, DNB, FNB of relevant experience in a renowned Hospital.
• Exposure to pain clinic, critical care will be an added advantage.
• Language Skills: English, Hindi.
• Behavioural Skills: Man management skills, Good Interpersonal skills.
