Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Operations Lead

The position of AI Operations Lead is a senior management role responsible for achieving results through the management of a team or department, aiming to drive various engineering activities. These include the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team.

Primary Objectives:
• Drive efforts to ensure quality standards are met within existing and planned frameworks.
• Automate routine production tasks, enhance predictive capabilities, reduce manual intervention, and integrate AI into operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support all products within functional areas from design to implementation and ongoing performance according to business needs.
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, coordinate, and influence vendor product roadmaps to align with Citi's strategic goals.
• Ensure Citi makes appropriate strategic choices in vendor onboarding, management, and exiting.
Qualifications:
15 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role, including demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior executives, and driving AI adoption and transformation.
• Proven track record of successful AI-driven automation projects within complex operational workflows.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ReactJS and NodeJS, and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices.
• Demonstrated analytic diagnostic skills, ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various project parts or initiatives.
