Job Description

This role is ideal for a creative individual who can craft sharp visuals with attention to detail. The ideal candidate thinks in grids, values visual consistency, and enjoys designing for digital platforms.

  • Create high-quality creatives for social media, blogs, ads, decks, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives with strong layout, hierarchy, and typography.
  • Design brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on visual trends, digital aesthetics, and evolving social media formats.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with strong creative quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency, freelance, or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio that reflects good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
  • Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to balance creativity with practical deadlines.
