Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a long-term contract position with a leading global technology company. As a member of our scrum team, you will contribute to the development of Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM). MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and the core data framework for a flagship product.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work collaboratively with a global MFGDM development group and within a scrum team of 6-7 engineers.
  • Co-work with team members to accomplish customer/project requirements, collaborating with other scrum teams located in Shanghai or worldwide.
  • Design, implement, and validate MFGDM modules/components, willing to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and bring initiatives from beginning to end.
  • Build quality of work delivered, focus on delivering excellence and develop tools to improve high-quality service development such as resiliency analysis, performance/scalability/stability monitoring, automation testing.
  • Carry out best engineering practices into own work.
  • Present and participate in global technical discussions.
  • Encourage initiatives and innovations everywhere.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience in commercialized products or big-scale systems.
  • Experience in Typescript, Nodejs, C++.
  • Experience building apps on AWS using services such as Step functions, DynamoDB, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
  • Exposure to cloud projects development experience.
  • Willingness to take challenges and grow beyond comfortable zones.
  • BS or higher in computer science or related technical disciplines.
  • Team player.
