At AJS HIREUP, we're on a mission to make deliveries in France faster, smarter and more convenient than ever. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive high-impact campaigns and serve as the front face of our brand's growth initiatives.
Job Description:We're seeking a seasoned performance marketer with a strong track record running campaigns for international markets. As a key member of our team, you'll strategize, plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
  • Strategize and plan paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms
  • Continuously optimize performance to achieve strong ROI and reduce CAC
  • Lead creative testing - ad copy, visuals, formats - to find breakthrough campaigns
  • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing spend and targeting
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to align growth with business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:You'll need:
  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands
  • Strong track record running campaigns for international markets
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics and attribution tools
  • Able to balance creativity with analytical rigor
  • Comfortable being the front-facing driver of growth - taking ownership, setting strategies and leading execution
