IT Infrastructure Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure.

This includes managing network systems, servers, data storage, and backups. You will also be responsible for ensuring system uptime and performance across offices and remote teams.

In addition to technical skills, we value excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an IT infrastructure manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain network systems, servers, and data storage.
  2. Manage server infrastructure, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  3. Ensure system uptime and performance across offices and remote teams.
  4. Provide technical support for employees' hardware, software, and peripherals.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve IT services and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Excellent technical skills in network systems, servers, and data storage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
