Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead our organizational process improvement initiatives. This role will focus on driving systematic and continuous approaches towards enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating product quality.

The ideal candidate will act as a change agent, enabling teams to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and build a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead and implement structured methodologies to drive business process improvements.
    • Establish frameworks to measure process performance and track enhancements.
    • Drive cross-functional workshops to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Optimization
    • Partner with teams to analyze and optimize cost drivers (materials, labor, overheads).
    • Lead initiatives to reduce costs without compromising quality.
    • Monitor and report progress against targets, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
  • Standardization & Best Practices
    • Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
    • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our manufacturing and service models.
    • Enable digital tools/automation for process monitoring and efficiency improvement.
  • Quality & Efficiency
    • Collaborate with Quality teams to improve reliability and strengthen customer satisfaction.
    • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to enhance throughput and reduce downtime.
    • Drive initiatives to reduce rework, scrap, and warranty costs.
  • Change Management & Capability Building
    • Build organizational capability in process excellence through training and coaching.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
    • Lead structured problem-solving across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational optimization techniques.
  • Proven experience in driving business process improvements in consumer appliances, electronics, or manufacturing setups.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with high ownership.
