Description:

A renowned expert in wealth management is sought after to lead the successful implementation of a Digital Wealth platform. This key role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of private banking and wealth management, ensuring accurate capture of business requirements, regulatory compliance, and effective customer journeys.

Main Responsibilities:

Domain & Functional Expertise:

  • Act as the primary domain expert for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory services.
  • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules:
    • 360° Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics
    • Investment & Cash Accounts
    • Portfolio Management and Tracking
    • Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing
    • Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys
  • Ensure platform capabilities align with:
    • Customer onboarding & KYC
    • Order placement and settlements
    • Reporting and analytics
    • Vendor integrations (e.g., IVS, GTN)

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements.
  • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
  • Provide training, documentation, and domain guidance to internal teams.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
  • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment products (equities, ETFs, structured products, robo portfolios)
    • Portfolio performance metrics and reporting
    • Risk profiling and goal-based investing
  • Exposure to digital wealth platforms (Comarch, Temenos, Avaloq, InvestCloud, Finacle Wealth, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.

Skillset:

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital wealth platforms, investment products, and portfolio management software.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of wealth management principles, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
