Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to solution deployment.

- Develop predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven solutions that align with organizational objectives.

- Ensure seamless data pipelines by working closely with data engineers.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract valuable insights and identify areas for optimization.

- Refine and optimize machine learning models for real-world application.

- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, visualizations, and presentations.

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, ML, and data science.

- Drive experimentation and innovation to continually enhance models and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with expertise in developing and deploying ML models.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular ML/DL libraries.

- Proficiency in SQL and large-scale data handling.

- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms for model deployment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with big data technologies.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices.

- Familiarity with business domains such as finance, e-commerce, healthcare, or telecommunications.

- Strong publication record or contributions to open-source projects.
