Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial management professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Prepare regular financial summaries and detailed reports for senior management
  • Develop and implement strategic and long-term business plans
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Develop financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk
  • Supervise the preparation of all statutory and compliance filing
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall financial objectives
  • Analyze and control expenditure and suggest improvements
  • Oversee payroll and taxation processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Experience with financial software and systems
