Procurement Specialist - Office Interiors

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for our office interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry. A Civil engineering or equivalent background is preferred.

The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly. Proficiency with purchase management tools and ERP systems is desired.

  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations for office interior projects.
  • Develop cost-efficient procurement strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build and sustain robust vendor relationships.
  • Source high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track procurement timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery.
