About the Role
Pune Engineers is seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data migration team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing data migration projects from legacy systems to D365 F&O.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and determine mapping requirements.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure successful data migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues in a timely manner.
- Document data migration processes, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data migration roles.
- Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically with D365 F&O.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
