Job Summary:

Job Title: Internal Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Location:

Syngene prioritizes safety in all aspects of its operations. To maintain this focus, we seek an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.

Mandatory Expectations:

  • Implement quality assurance protocols and procedures across the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality management systems.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on quality assurance best practices.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  • Foster a culture of quality assurance throughout the organization.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Accountabilities as a Syngene Leader:

  • Champion effective Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for the company and oversee compliance with those practices.
  • Foster a corporate culture that promotes an environment, occupational health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) mindset as well as the highest standards of quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Put people at the heart of our success by providing clear, active leadership defined by the Syngene leadership framework.

Specific Requirements:

  • Experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated capability in leadership and team management.
  • Education in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand the business and role of different enabling functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
