\The Graphic Designer will create impactful visual designs across digital and print media, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Design engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).
- Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.
- Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.
- Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.
- Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting quality and deadline expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\- 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
- Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
- Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of print production, finishing processes, and file preparation for fabrication.
Preferred Skills:
\- Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- BASIC UX/UI
- Ability in photography and image retouching.
