Job Description
  • Group Reporting - We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the consolidation of financials for group reporting, ensuring compliance with IND AS standards. This involves coordinating with the Holding Company team to address queries and data requirements.
  • Regulatory Reporting (IGAAP and Ind AS) - The ideal candidate will manage regulatory reporting to IRDAI, including BAP submission, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, new business certificate, and BAP operational requirements.
  • Managing Statutory Audit - This role involves handling quarterly Statutory audit by joint statutory auditors, with one auditor being a Big 4 CA firm.
  • Internal Control Framework (ICF) - Our company requires an expert to ensure the ICF framework is updated regularly in response to process and system changes.
  • SEBI Compliances - With listed debentures, this position necessitates timely SEBI compliances regarding listed debentures.
  • Project Management - We seek a seasoned professional to plan and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • System Enhancements - The successful candidate will be responsible for testing system requirements, evaluating new requirements, and providing CRs to IT, as well as liaising with IT for defect resolution and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Post Qualification
  • Life Insurance Experience in Financial Reporting / Regulatory reporting
  • Good knowledge of IND AS, IND AS 117, IFRS, IFRS Reporting, IFRS 17, Accounting Practices and Standards, SEBI and IRDAI Regulations etc.
