Overview:

Senior Illustrator

As a senior-level illustrator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets for games and platforms. Your expertise in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Figma, and Blender or any 3D software will play a crucial role in meeting the requirements of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop original game and platform visual assets using your skills in illustration and iconography.
  • Collaborate with product designers, motion designers, and product managers to ensure that all design briefs are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior illustrators and other team members, offering constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
  • Develop a quality assessment process to ensure zero loss in quality during the transition from rough sketches to final designs in production.
Requirements:
  • At least four years of experience as an illustrator with a strong passion for creating engaging illustrations and iconography.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools and principles, including Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Figma, and Blender or any 3D software.
  • Fundamental understanding of product/game illustrations and design principles.
  • Understanding of design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or postgraduate degree in visual communication or fine arts is highly desirable.
