Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Development Specialist to convert leads and manage customer relationships through our Lead Management System.

The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects, providing solutions, and guiding customers through loan applications while ensuring accurate documentation and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Qualification:
    • Establish contact with prospects, including multiple calls that may extend beyond office hours, to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support:
    • Support the sales team in converting suspects to prospects and prospects to customers by providing feedback and guidance.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Conversation Quality:
    • Ensure accuracy, product knowledge, appraisal skills, punctuality, and commitment to timelines in all customer interactions.
  • Objection Handling:
    • Effectively handle customer objections and concerns to maintain a positive relationship.
  • Software Updates:
    • Capture conversations with customers to ensure continuity and accuracy.
  • Market Feedback:
    • Share trends and insights with supervisors to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any stream or undergraduate degree with excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of tele-calling experience.
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
  • Preference given to candidates from banking and insurance backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
