Highly Skilled Site Reliability Engineer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Tanla Platforms Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and scalability of our platforms.
About This Role:In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient platform integration, API management, and campaign execution. Your technical expertise will guide us in maintaining optimal system uptime, troubleshooting issues quickly, and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:- BUILDING, MONITORING, AND MAINTAINING HIGHLY SCALABLE DEPLOYMENTS WITH OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE METRICS.
- INSTALLATION/DEPLOYMENT OF NEW RELEASES, ENVIRONMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATION.
- PROACTIVE MONITORING OF SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS, DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING MONITORING TOOLS AND DASHBOARDS TO IDENTIFY PERFORMANCE ISSUES AND IMPLEMENT CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
- INCIDENT MANAGEMENT: LEAD INCIDENT RESPONSE EFFORTS, DIAGNOSE ROOT CAUSES, AND IMPLEMENT LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS TO PREVENT RECURRENCE.
- COLLABORATION & COORDINATION: WORK CLOSELY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT PLATFORM INTEGRATION, API MANAGEMENT, AND CAMPAIGN EXECUTION.
- TRUBLESHOOTING AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS: UTILIZE YOUR EXPERTISE TO INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE INCIDENTS QUICKLY DURING CRISIS SITUATIONS, PERFORMING ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS TO PREVENT RECURRENCE.
- KUBERNETES: EXPERTISE IN CREATION, MAINTENANCE, SCALING, AND UPDATES OF PRODUCTION CLUSTERS.
- DOCKER: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WRITING DOCKER FILES COMPLYING WITH INDUSTRY STANDARD BEST PRACTICES.
- CI/CD: MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH AZURE-DEVOPS/JENKINS IN CREATION AND EXECUTION OF PIPELINES IN A MULTI-TARGET ENVIRONMENT.
- TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS: EXPERTISE IN ANALYSIS OF APPLICATION LOGS TO DRILL DOWN IN IDENTIFICATION OF THE ISSUE WITH EXPERTISE ON LOGGING STACKS SUCH AS ELK, DYNATRACE, SPLUNK.
- MONITORING STACKS: EXPERTISE IN USING GRAFANA WITH SKILLS ON BUILDING AND MANAGING OF DASHBOARDS ON VARIOUS DATA SOURCES IN GRAFANA.
- PROGRAMMING SKILLS: EXPERIENCE IN CREATING AND MANAGING BASH SCRIPTS AND ANSIBLE WITH SOME EXPOSURE ON TERRAFORM.
- ENVIRONMENT: EXCELLENT SKILLS AND HANDS-ON IN LINUX ENVIRONMENTS AND ABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT ISSUES AT OS LEVELS.
