We are seeking a compassionate professional to join our purpose-driven team as a Mental Health Specialist. Our goal is to transform the way people experience support, safety, and well-being by providing inclusive, accessible, and personalized resources.

iDare is India's first holistic and intersectional mobile app, empowering individuals to recognize, prevent, and overcome challenges like abuse, mental health struggles, and relationship issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with application cases related to abuse, mental health, and trauma on voice and non-voice platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive user assessments, evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customized plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention, immediate support, and coordination of referrals for further care if necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions.
  • Promote awareness about abuse, trauma, mental health, and advocate for holistic wellness.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling.
  • Specialization in counselling psychology is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Kannada and/or other regional languages is an added advantage.
