Data Science Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned data science professional to lead our team of analysts and scientists in driving business growth through advanced analytics and machine learning.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts to build predictive models, leveraging tools like Python, R, and SQL.
  • Analyze complex problems to uncover actionable insights, presenting findings to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop and deploy models to enhance marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure data initiatives drive business outcomes.
  • Team Development: Foster innovation and guide professional development within the data team.

To excel in this role, you will need strong technical skills, business acumen, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. A background in the automotive or e-commerce industry is preferred, but not required. You should have at least 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields, along with leadership experience.

Technical Skills: Expertise in data science techniques, machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling using tools like Python, R, and SQL.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, turning data into strategic insights.
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
Industry Experience: Background in the automotive or e-commerce industry is preferred.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in data science, analytics, or related fields with leadership experience.
Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics tools.
