SAP S4HANA Implementation Expert

The SAP S4HANA implementation expert will possess a deep understanding of all business process areas and ensure the effective execution & support of SAP Best Practices (all modules).

Provides technical and functional expertise, including future SAP strategy, to the business development team, solutions team, and projects.

  • Responsible for in-depth analysis, advisory services, specification, and complex problem-solving within the SAP area.
  • Leads and assists in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.

Expert in hand-holding with business users & impact analysis. Primary function is to ensure that the organization's financial processes and transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and analyzed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performs detailed analysis of business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates, and documents customer requirements.
  2. Maps business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP; develops necessary designs, customizations, configurations, enhancements, and tests for all modules.
  3. Reviews and validates partner-proposed solutions as per business requirements to ensure quality and completeness and performs impact assessments on change requests.
Requirements:
  • A strong sense of creativity, analytical skills, flexibility & adaptability.
  • Good communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and writing skills.
  • Understanding of crops and markets for plant nutrition/agri inputs.
  • Building collaboration and partnerships. Strong stakeholder management.
  • Sound interpersonal skills. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience as a consultant.
