Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI/GenAI Engineer to support the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions.

This role emphasizes strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement to drive adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions and a strong understanding of AI frameworks, LLMs, and modern data platforms.

  • Strategic Execution: Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  • Governance Support: Support the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, at least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies, and a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS include technical expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs, and modern data platforms, as well as experience with Azure Cloud services, MS OpenAI, and REST APIs.
