Job Summary:

The Studio Artist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality post-production work on photoshoot images. With a focus on precise cropping, detailed retouching of faces, hair, skin, and expert correction and manipulation of clothing, this position ensures images meet brand standards by enhancing product appearance and recreating mockups with accuracy and visual consistency.

This role involves collaborating with photographers, creative leads, and designers to maintain visual consistency and quality. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crop images accurately to specified dimensions and compositions.

  • Correct and manipulate clothes—adjust fit, remove wrinkles, enhance textures, and fix color inconsistencies.

  • Retouch skin, smooth textures, and refine hair details to achieve flawless results.

  • Recreate and update mockups aligned with creative briefs and brand standards.

  • Collaborate with photographers, creative leads, and designers to ensure visual consistency and quality.

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.

  • Maintain organized workflow and file management.

  • Stay updated on latest retouching and manipulation techniques and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in post-production retouching, particularly in correcting and manipulating clothing.

  • Excellent understanding of image composition, texture, and lighting.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality output.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest retouching and manipulation techniques and tools.
