About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. As a Talent Manager, you will play a key role in driving successful campaigns and partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Influencer Identification: Find and collaborate with influencers who align with our objectives.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Work with account managers and clients to create influencer marketing strategies that meet brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers to ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
