Dynamic Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled Dynamic Solutions Developer to drive business growth through innovative solutions using Dynamics 365 online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, especially Azure-aware plugins, to enhance system functionality.
  • Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations to improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes and ensure seamless integration with D365.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs to expand capabilities.
  • Support and augment existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting to meet client needs.
  • Uphold CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment to ensure scalability and upgradability.
  • Align technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap and future direction to ensure long-term success.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively and provide technical mentorship to team members.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (online) configuration and customized development.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing C#/.NET plugins, including Azure-aware plugins.
  • At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript/jQuery customization within D365 CE.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining Power Automate flows.
  • At least 3 years of working with Azure services/components and plugins integrated with Azure.
  • At least 3 years of experience in API integration with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GIT, and automation/tooling for version control and deployments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and collaborative mindset.

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ecosystem tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
