As a key player in our organization's supply chain strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement plans that drive cost savings and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement Strategy Development:
  2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  4. Maintain supplier performance records and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Work closely with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and requirements for materials and equipment.
  6. Review and approve technical documents and material submittals to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  7. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet business needs.
  8. Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize resource allocation and minimize financial risks.
  9. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize delays or disruptions.
  10. Oversee international and domestic shipping, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.
  11. Implement digital tools and software solutions to streamline procurement workflows and enhance transparency.
  12. Generate reports on procurement performance and supply chain metrics to inform business decisions.
