Job Description">

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts. With 5+ years of experience in the events industry in India and UAE, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth.



">Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to identify opportunities and increase market share and revenue within the events industry">
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and tenders for enquiries and negotiate terms to secure sales opportunities that meet targets">
  • Lead responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) up to confirmation and submission">
  • Collaborate with the event projects team to identify new opportunities to deliver staffing solutions within the events industry">
  • Attend trade and public events for networking and securing new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities">
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups and receipt of payments as per process and policy">
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports as required">
  • Closed new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations">
  • Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain">
  • Monitor and ensure targets are being met and achieved">
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, invoices, client meetings, etc.">

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

• 5+ years of sales or account management experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
