Job Title: Treasury Manager

Assume a pivotal role in our organisation as a Treasury Manager. You will be responsible for guiding the team in raising funds from banks, mutual funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporates through the issuance of various instruments.

  1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare CAM, Bank Proposals, IM, KID, and Offer Documents.
  2. Ensure the standard Treasury Docket is updated regularly and maintained accurately.
  3. Independently handle queries from potential lenders and resolve them efficiently.
  4. Oversee Post Sanction Requirements and closure of loan documentation.
  5. Manage pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions imposed by lenders.
  6. Communicate with different internal departments for smooth and quick documentation.
  7. Prepare and maintain the Covenant Tracker.
  8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  9. Coordinate with Credit Rating Agencies for data requirements.
  10. Establish communication with banks to ensure timely receipt of interest payments and submission of periodic reports.
  11. Facilitate coordination with external agencies for completion of due diligence processes.
  12. Monitor and manage regular compliance requirements of banks, including submission of information, certifications, and reports.
  13. Stay up-to-date with developments in the Indian Banking & NBFC sector to ensure market knowledge is current.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Treasury, Banking, and NBFC sector practices.
  • Good grasp of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal and external).
  • Able to independently handle lender queries and requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
