Interior Design Specialist Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create innovative designs based on conversations with clients.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust the design approach accordingly. Additionally, they should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best possible solutions for clients.

  • To own and drive the sales funnel, resulting in successful sales closures.
  • To deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To lead and ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

In order to succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

Essential Qualifications
  • A degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver residential modular KWS projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, including conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
  • Familiarity with civil works and services, including specifications and installation details.
  • Ability to create detailed bills of quantities (BoQs) and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Excellent sales skills, including logical and trusted sales pitches, and the ability to drive and lead design meetings with clients.
  • Desirable attributes include result-oriented mindset, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn and improve performance among team members.
