The role of Data and Business Intelligence Analyst involves strategic contributions to the development of a robust data infrastructure while providing actionable insights through advanced analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance of centralized data collection tools, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to support business objectives.
  • Optimize database performance on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Develop high-quality, well-documented data pipelines and dataflows to drive informed decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead special data projects as the organization expands into new areas.
Business Analytics:
  • Create interactive dashboards and automated reporting tools for key stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to provide actionable insights.
  • Present findings to internal teams and external partners in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in data science, computer engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SQL development and database administration (Azure SQL preferred).
  • Proficiency with APIs and data integration methods.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, and macros).
  • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design).
  • Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and analysis.
