Job Title: Food and Beverage Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Executive to oversee all F&B operations at Hotel Polo Towers (Shillong).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage F&B Operations: Ensure all F&B operations are conducted within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Menu Design: Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Team Leadership: Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
  • Performance Reporting: Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Compliance: Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Leadership: Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication: Communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge: Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Education: Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
