About the Role

We are seeking an expert in creating user-centred digital experiences to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive and aesthetically refined interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand-in-hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
