As part of our ADAS team, you'll contribute to the creation of software functionalities that will enable our vehicles to progress towards full autonomous driving by 2030.

This requires developing in-house software modules to maximise reusability and robustness in the future landscape of autonomous driving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake multiple tasks, mentor junior SW engineers and communicate findings through presentations and reports.
  • Understand requirements and design high-level solutions, breaking them down into detailed designs.
  • Mentor junior developers on design patterns, best practices and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Create detailed software designs and support their implementation in software and API interfaces required by internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to meet design objectives.
  • Clearly understand API design for extensability and portability across multiple implementations.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams within our organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years in application design and development.
  • Responsibility for low-level design, implementation and validation in complex automotive projects.
  • Experience in AUTOSAR software solution design and development.
  • Hands-on experience in C/C++ programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile SW development process.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  • Good understanding of ISO26262 standards.
