Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Alfresco Share developer with a strong background in software development and a passion for working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements to the Alfresco Share platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Develop technical plans, create technical documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Work in a 24/7 environment, rotating shifts as required, and be willing to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 6 years focused on Alfresco Share development.
  • Strong development skills in Java, Angular, Nginx, Spring, WebServices, and REST.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of Linux (DevOps) and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale Alfresco Share development projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database (11gR2).

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will be required to work in a rotational shift schedule, which may include morning, day, night, or weekend shifts. The ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines is essential.
