We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Expense Management Specialist.
This role involves reviewing timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly assessing expense sheets, verifying receipts, and communicating directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
About the Role:- Review timesheets and expenses for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify receipt of documents and ensure timely approvals from clients.
- Communicate with contractors or sales teams regarding discrepancies.
- Manage payroll-related queries and prepare detailed overviews of issues.
- Process emails in shared inboxes according to deadlines and urgency levels.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and stored.
- Prepare reports and analyses for management review.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
