Job Title: Art Director

About the Role:

As an Art Director, you will lead the creative design process for branding, social media campaigns, and marketing materials. You will conceptualize and create engaging designs that align with brand strategy and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual concepts for branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Supervise junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards to keep the creative output fresh and modern.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital creatives, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and business goals.
