Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to spearhead and bolster our team's performance.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure services meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, delivering on the service promise to customers.

- Take ownership of departmental performance and guarantee compliance with quality objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate delivery and adherence to the Quality strategy.

- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and enhance processes.

- Achieve quality assurance goals by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, implementing standards, and identifying issues.

- Conduct calibration sessions to ensure consistent QA standards across teams.

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in a QA role, with a strong command over call auditing and monitoring practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret data and drive change.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, QA scorecards, and reporting tools.

Requirements:

- Qualifications: A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a QA role.
