  • Maintain a clean and well-strategized email marketing automation campaign flow through Pardot Engagement Studio.

Lead Data Management, Segmentation & Automation Documentation

  • Manage and optimize the lead database, ensuring data cleanliness, proper segmentation, and effective use of dynamic content in Pardot.
  • Work closely with the sales team and outbound marketing specialist to align lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Keep all automated email outreach and marketing automation well-documented.

Tooling Research & Innovation

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new marketing tools or integrations to enhance marketing operations, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date on Pardot and Salesforce updates, implementing best practices in marketing automation, lead scoring, and CRM processes.
