Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic guidance on optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage procurement implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest product features and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting, with strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
• Proven track record of successful implementations and support projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and S2P lifecycle.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
