Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing single projects of significant volume, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage project operations, including Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, and Claims.
  2. Analyze and resolve issues related to Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, Local Bodies Permissions.
  3. Utilize knowledge of Construction Methods, Materials, and Legal Regulations to ensure compliance and quality.
  4. Maintain effective communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  6. Develop and implement detailed project plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  7. Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives and deliverables.
  8. Establish a collaborative and high-performance working environment that fosters innovation and productivity.
  9. Ensure accurate financial management, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins through prudent budgeting and expenditure assessment.
  10. Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  11. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within the project team.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in Irrigation/Water Supply projects, with a proven track record of success.

  • Proven project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
