We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/Machine Learning Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in designing data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and ML libraries.
  • Develop and train machine learning models using Python.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate model outputs into workflows.
  • Evaluate and maintain data quality, reproducibility, and compliance.
  • Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data engineering or applied ML.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and one or more ML libraries.
  • Experience with data pipelines and event-driven systems.
  • Understanding of the ML lifecycle and ability to design time-based labels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to work in a dynamic environment.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong passion for machine learning and data engineering, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • MLOps tools such as MLflow or BentoML.
  • Experience with bandit algorithms, A/B testing, or uplift modeling.
  • Prior work with customer engagement, CRM, or subscription businesses.
