Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team and lead the mobile application testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile application testing, debugging, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a QA team of 6 members, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

Perform mobile application testing with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.

Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.

Actively participate in bug triage and collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently.

Prepare test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.

Requirements:

  • 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Preferred experience in banking domain applications (lending, loans).
