We are currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of a Fraud Investigator.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to review, investigate, and resolve fraud cases in accordance with industry regulations and internal policies. This involves analyzing transaction data and supporting documentation to determine case validity and liability. The successful candidate will be required to prepare and submit dispute case files and supporting evidence within required timeframes. Additionally, effective communication with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure timely resolution of disputes.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in fraud, disputes, or chargebacks with expertise in Mastercard operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of card network rules and dispute life cycle processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
