MEP Engineer Position

This role is focused on designing and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects.

  • Designing and developing detailed designs for MEP systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Oversight of the implementation of designs to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Evaluation of existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
Requirements for High-Rise Buildings:
  • High-Rise Building Experience: Familiarity with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings, considering factors like vertical transportation, fire safety, and energy efficiency.
  • System Integration: Ability to integrate MEP systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
