Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data analysis and reporting capabilities to inform business strategy and drive decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform our strategy.
  • Design and implement data-driven experimentation to improve product offerings and document results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and presentation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in the Internet or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field required; advanced degrees strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Excellent data visualization capabilities and ability to interpret patterns in data to produce meaningful insights.
  • Solid foundations in statistics and data modeling, with a hunger to learn and create impact with these skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in both individual and team settings.
