We are seeking an experienced operational risk specialist to assist in the development of audit plans based on risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing detailed fieldwork, including data analysis, interviews, and documentation review to identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and non-compliance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Follow-up & Monitoring:

Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining effective relationships with auditees and various business units and communicating audit observations constructively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA from a recognized institution with specialization in Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in internal audit within a non-BFSI industry.
- Audit Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal audit principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality.
