Job Opportunity

A Digital Learning Specialist is required to effectively integrate technology and enhance learning outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing engaging, tech-enhanced lesson plans aligned with instructional design models. Your strong foundation in teaching and learning will enable you to evaluate and integrate educational tools to enhance blended and online learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Engaging Lesson Plans: Create lesson plans that align with instructional design models, incorporating the use of multimedia resources and interactive technologies.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate educational tools to enhance blended and online learning, both synchronous and asynchronous.
  • Teacher Training & Facilitation: Plan and conduct teacher-training workshops on effective digital pedagogy and technology integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education Credentials: Educational credentials in pedagogy, such as B.Ed, M.Ed, or MA in Education Technology.
  • Teaching Experience: 2+ years of classroom teaching or teacher-training experience.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of learning theories and instructional design frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using at least two LMS or teaching platforms and two multimedia tools.
