Our goal is to simplify financial operations and provide top-notch accounting expertise.

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Executive who can drive our company's success by delivering exceptional financial performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger management, and tax compliance.

  • Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
  • Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.
  • Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Zoho Books/Finance.
  • Hands-on experience in journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
