The role entails spearheading our digital presence, overseeing social media management and content creation, executing data-driven campaigns, and driving brand growth and engagement.


We're seeking a strategic and creative professional passionate about digital marketing and brand development.

Digital Content Strategy & Management:
Develop, implement, and manage a strategic social media content calendar across all key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) to strengthen brand positioning

Content Development:
Create and curate compelling, high-quality content (text, image, video), such as social media posts, sales and product collateral etc, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. These also include case studies, white papers, blogs, infographics, videos, and newsletters to showcase thought leadership.

Campaign Execution:
Plan, design and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media ads etc) and monitor their performance to optimize ROI.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Maximize search engine optimization for all content from website to social media posts. Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts and oversee search engine marketing campaigns to improve online visibility.

Event Planning:
Plan and coordinate events/webinars to engage prospects and clients while positioning the company as an industry leader.


Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting dashboards.


Audience Engagement:
Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.

Websites & Digital Assets:
Maintain and update website content using a CMS (e.g. WordPress), ensuring it is current and SEO-friendly.

Brand Guidelines:
Define, implement, and enforce branding guidelines to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and offline assets. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns, is preferred.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is essential. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media graphics is also required.
