Reporting to a Senior Programme Leader, you will play a critical part in shaping and implementing innovative strategies that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for underserved populations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12–15 years of relevant experience in programme design, management, or evaluation within the development sector, including experience in leadership roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences, development studies, public policy, or a related discipline is also required.
